Beatriz Manrique, with a solid background of 35 years working with young people, has played a transforming and guiding role in the lives of hundreds of them. As founder and director of the Global Leaders Club with Emotional Intelligence, she has created a space where young people can develop their leadership and intra and interpersonal skills preparing them for a promising future.
Beatriz’s passion and commitment have generated remarkable self-knowledge, empathy and the adoption of productive and healthy habits in the young people she has worked with. Through this process, they have experienced a profound change that allows them to understand and manage their emotions, which translates into a positive impact in all aspects of their lives, including their family, academic, sports and social environments.
